3 Week Countdown 

Who’s excited for the Ajvar 5K??? Still haven’t trained?! The 3-week countdown has begun but just because your workout hasn’t, doesn’t mean you still can’t get in shape for the race! Below is a 3-week quick turn-around from couch potato to all-star athlete for the Ajvar 5K!

WEEK 1
Mon Run 5 mins, walk 2 mins.

          Do 3 times 

Tue Run 5 mins, walk 2 mins.

        Do 3 times 

Wed Run 6 mins, walk 2 mins.

          Do 3 times 

Thu Run 6 mins, walk 2 mins.

         Do twice then run for 5 mins 

Fri Run 7 mins, walk 2 mins.

       Do twice then run for 5 mins 

Sat Run 7 mins, walk 2 mins.

       Do twice then run for 5 mins 

Sun Rest




WEEK 2
Mon Run 7 mins, walk 1 min.

          Do 3 times
Tue Run 8 mins, walk 1 min.

        Do 3 times
Wed Run 9 mins, walk 1 min.

          Do 3 times
Thu Run 10 mins, walk 2 mins.

         Do twice then run for 5 mins
Fri Run 10 mins, walk 2 mins.

       Do twice then run for 5 mins
Sat Run 11 mins, walk 2 mins.

       Do twice then run for 5 mins
